What we collect and why
We collect only what we need to reply to you, send you what you asked for and keep the website running. We never sell your data.

Who helps us
A few service providers handle data on our behalf, only to run these services. Each one protects it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and podcast artwork is served from our own site, so nothing is sent to YouTube or Spotify until you press play. Links to other sites, such as our Spore Society page, YouTube or Spotify, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
Data outside the EU
Some of these providers, such as Lovable, HighLevel and Google, are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. When that happens, the transfer is protected by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contract clauses. Ask us at info@myceliumhub.org if you want details.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: kept in our email inbox for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and we remove you from the list when you use it.
- Technical visit data: as long as our hosting provider keeps its logs for security, usually a short period.
We may keep data longer only when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the data we hold about you, and get a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
- receive it in a format you can take elsewhere
- withdraw your consent, for example to the newsletter
Write to info@myceliumhub.org and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies and statistics
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner. We count visits with privacy-friendly statistics that do not identify you or follow you to other sites.
If you press play on a video, YouTube may set its own cookies, even in privacy-enhanced mode. Pressing play on an episode connects you to Spotify's audio service in the same way.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or our company details change, and show the date of the latest version here. If a change affects how we use your data in an important way, we will tell newsletter subscribers by email.
